Easytone Chairs

A set of nine chairs gently move different muscles groups, without resistance on your joints. It’s a great atmosphere for adults to benefit from exercise without strain.

To help you kickstart an exercise programme.

If you have not taken exercise for a long time and you feel that a gym is just too energetic for starters, the Easytone chairs will get you gently back into a regular exercise routine.

For those with mobility problems, the toning chairs are a gentle way of improving flexibility and boosting your energy levels.

Powertone Beds

A set of six Powertone beds - a new addition to our studio - will take you to the next level of gentle exercise.

Again, without resistance to your muscles and joints, the beds to the work for you, but you will start to feel that your body is being worked a little harder.

Pay as you go or take a money saving Passport

You choose the option which best suits you.

A single session is £5.50, but you are advised to visit the studio 3 times per week - save money with with

either a MORE Tone or a MORE Tone Plus passport.

Treatments and Therapies

A short Lifestyle and Personal Goals assessment will be discussed prior to any treatment. Your therapist will also ask for information about your medical history and you will be asked to declare any condition from which you suffer, or have suffered.

Body Treatments

Universal Contour Body Wrap
An inch loss treatment that detoxifies, contours and revitalizes the skin. Each full body treatment includes a 45 minute Toning chair workout.

Gives your skin a natural looking fresh glow - Top up your fading holiday tan, or look great for a special ocassion.

30 minute deep cleansing treatment, removes dead skin cells, improving circulation and the appearance of the skin. Cleanse, exfoliate, massage and moisturize. Ideal for a special night out, or when you want to show off your back! Great for a problem area which is difficult to reach. Leaves you feeling really clean, fresh and relaxed.

Indian Head Massage

Especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, headaches and sinusitis.  Deeply calming and relaxing.

Bamboo Massage and Hot Stones massage have been added to our treatments to offer a deep muscle or warm relaxing alternative.
