Pump Mania - Become strong and lean using free weights to music in the studio. The ultimate workout. Not for the faint hearted.
Begin Studio Cycling - An introduction to exercise to music, on a stationary bike.

Line Dancing - Dance moves, American style. Short dance patterns designed to increase heart rate and co-ordination.
50's + - Gentle stretching movements, improving mobility and flexibility together with co-ordination.
Active for Life - Ideal for the non exerciser and cardiac rehabilitation. Circuit class with gentle exercises. Pre-booking is essential.
Easy Peazy Circuit - Especially for people who want social interaction and a bit of exercise at the same time.
Yoga - Hatha Style Yoga. A course of gentle exercise that is stress releasing and good for general well being. Mainly stretching and very relaxing.
Pilates - A series of exercises that gradually shape and tone your muscles, increasing flexibility and enhancing posture and balance.
Water Aerobics - Held in the main pool at FSC. Cardiovascular & toning workout using water resistance. Excellent for the exerciser wanting to avoid stress on the joints.
Legs, Bums & Tums - A conditioning class designed to tone and improve problem areas.
