Just the place to get fit and stay healthy. Whether you are an absolute beginner or a long-time fitness fanatic, our friendly team of Instructors will help you achieve an overall feeling of well-being. Open Mon – Thurs 7.00am – 10.00pm, Fri 7.00am – 9.00pm and Weekends 9.00am -5.00pm.

Fitness Assessments
Our qualified fitness instructors will test your overall physical fitness, using a range of physiological test that measure: Blood Pressure: Aerobic stamina: Flexibility: Lung Function: Body compositions: Grip strength.
It is advisable to book a Fitness Assessment with one of our instructors before you start your training, and it is essential that you have an induction session if you have not used a Gym before.
Modern Workout Gym
There are over 30 training stations for use by members and non-members.
Over 50’s pay a reduced rate on Mon, Tues and Thurs between 7.00am – 12 noon
Relaxation Suite
Soothe away the day in a Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Power Shower. Switch off from every day life for a short while, and take time for yourself in our Relaxation Suite.
Ladies Morning
Every Wednesday, Ladies pay just one price to enjoy 3 hours of as much or as little activity as they wish. Join a class, workout in the Gym and relax in the Jacuzzi. Sports facilities and swimming can be included too.
Friday Fitness Special
A special morning for ladies and gents to enjoy a step class, use the gym and chill out in the relaxation room.
