Beginners Aerobics - Ideal for the starter! Uncomplicated moves to improve your fitness levels and burn fat.
Hi/Lo Aerobics - Hi/Lo aerobics designed to challenge your aerobic fitness. Increases endurance and reduces body fat levels.
Step - Increase cardiovascular fitness, targeting lower body muscles.
Abs Busters - A conditioning class designed solely for the Abdominal muscles. A class during ladies morning.
Fitness Circuit - Cardiovascular circuit training that works all major muscle groups.
Boxercise - A fun circuit class to release stress and increase upper body strength, endurance and cv capabilities.
Pump Mania - Become strong and lean using free weights to music in the studio. The ultimate workout. Not for the faint hearted.
Spin Circuit - Instructor led cv workout. A combination of exercise to music on a stationary bike and various activity stations.

Line Dancing - Dance moves, American style. Short dance patterns designed to increase heart rate and co-ordination.
50’s + - Gentle stretching movements, improving mobility and flexibility together with co-ordination.
Active for Life - Ideal for the non exerciser and cardiac rehabilitation. Circuit class with gentle exercises.
Yoga - Hatha Style Yoga. A course of gentle exercise that is stress releasing and good for general well being. Mainly stretching and very relaxing.
Pilates - A series of exercises that gradually shape and tone your muscles, increasing flexibility and enhancing posture and balance.
Water Aerobics - Held in the main pool at FSC. Cardiovascular & toning workout using water resistance. Excellent for the exerciser wanting to avoid stress on the joints.
Legs, Bums & Tums - A conditioning class designed to tone and improve problem areas.

Cardio-tone - Fat burning and toning combined in one class, for all levels.
And for the little ones...
Jazz Dance - For children aged 6 – 10 years old. A dance class which offers exercise and fun. A real favourite with youngsters.
Cool 2B Fit Club - For inactive young people aged from 6 – 15 years. The younger children will have fun with exercise games, and the over 9’s will also learn aerobic exercises.
