SPORTS FACILITY
The Sports Centre facilities are open to the local community and visitors to the town, for recreation, competition and leisure.
Regular users will benefit from the discounts available with our ‘Leisure Passport’. See ‘Leisure Passport’ tariff for information.
Open Mon - Fri 7.30am – 10.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 8.00am – 8.00pm
Any of our facilities may be booked to suit your leisure time, 24 hours in advance. Holders of a Leisure Passport may book one week in advance.
Sport is available for all ages and all levels. Whether you are having a ‘knock about’ for fun, a serious game or an important match, the facilities available will suit your needs. Our trained instructors are able to offer courses or private tuition for any level from absolute beginner to improver or help with individual skills training.
Sports Clubs in most activities allow you to play with many different partners of all levels and skills, whilst giving the social side to sport.
The Café and Bar are available to anyone using the sports or spectator facilities.
Birthday Parties for all ages are very popular at the Centre.
