Toning Chairs
What are toning chairs?
A set of nine chairs which gently move different muscles groups, without resistance on your joints. It’s a great atmosphere for adults to benefit from exercise without strain.
To help you kickstart an exercise programme.
If you have not taken exercise for a long time and you feel that a gym is just too energetic for starters, the toning chairs will get you gently back into a regular exercise routine.
For those with mobility problems, the toning chairs are a gentle way of improving flexibility and boosting your energy levels.

Toning Passport’ Options
Once you have established that the Toning Chairs will work for you as an exercise programme, you may take a ‘Passport’ to exercise with one of our easy to pay options:
Paid monthly for a one year term, by standing order, with a minimum commitment of 6 months:

You are most welcome to call in at any time Monday – Friday 9.00am – 7.00pm
Saturday 9.00am – 7.00pm to have a look at the facilities, chat with our staff and customers and find out if the Studio will suit you.
Booking and cancellation policy
Treatments:
Payment of 50% of the total cost is required on booking of any treatment to secure your appointment. All treatment prices are inclusive of vat at the current rate. We do require 24 hours notice of a cancellation of any treatment and failure to do this may result in the retention of 50% of the value of the treatment or course of treatments.
A short Lifestyle and Personal Goals assessment will be discussed prior to any treatment. Your therapist will also ask for information about your medical history and you will be asked to declare any condition from which you suffer, or have suffered.
Toning Passports
Payments will be made to Folkestone Sports Centre Trust Ltd. via standing order from your bank for a period of one year, but you may cancel at any time after a 6 month period should you so wish. We would require confirmation, in writing, if you do cancel your ‘membership’.
A full admission policy is displayed within the toning centre, and the management of Folkestone Sports Centre Trust Ltd. Reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who may cause offence or injury to another person.
