Our 65 station Gym offers a brand new, state-of-the-art cardio suite, as well as resistance training for people aged 14* and over. *14 and 15 year olds are only permitted following consultation with our qualified gym staff.

The qualified gym staff will give you an induction into the gym, a fitness assessment and draw up a personal programme to help you achieve the results you are looking for.

We also offer a personal training service where you will receive one-to-one training with a qualified instructor.

Revolutions Studio

A studio dedicated to stationary cycles providing up to date technology for tracking your fitness journey. Choose from beginners classes, 45 minute or 60 minute classes.

Cardiac Rehab Circuit – A 15 minute consultation is required before 1st attendance.

A toning class using weights and high reps to sculpt and define muscles.

Tai Chi

Traditional Chinese martial art, valued for muscle toning, stretching and deep relaxation.
