Our 65 station Gym offers a brand new, state-of-the-art cardio suite, as well as resistance training for people aged 14* and over. *14 and 15 year olds are only permitted following consultation with our qualified gym staff.
The qualified gym staff will give you an induction into the gym, a fitness assessment and draw up a personal programme to help you achieve the results you are looking for.
We also offer a personal training service where you will receive one-to-one training with a qualified instructor.
Please be advised that due to a technical issue, all July fitness class bookings must be made by telephone or in person at reception.

Revolutions Studio
A studio dedicated to stationary cycles providing up to date technology for tracking your fitness journey. Choose from beginners classes, 45 minute or 60 minute classes.

An endurance workout to improve cardio fitness and stamina; performed on a stationary cycle.

Cardiac Rehab Circuit – A 15 minute consultation is required before 1st attendance.

Using ballet movement for full fat burning and toning. No dance experience required.
Bokwa
Mix of boxing moves and Kwato African dance, to up-to-date music.
Bootcamp
Circuit based body sculpting workout based on high intensity moves and short rest periods.
Boxercise
Circuit class incorporating use of punch bags and mitts.
