Our 65 station Gym offers cardio and resistance training for people aged 14* and over. *14 and 15 year olds are only permitted following consultation with our qualified gym staff.

The qualified gym staff will give you an induction into the gym, a fitness assessment and draw up a personal programme to help you achieve the results you are looking for.

We also offer a personal training service where you will receive one-to-one training with a qualified instructor.

Revolutions Studio

A studio dedicated to stationary cycles providing up to date technology for tracking your fitness journey. Choose from beginners classes, 45 minute or 60 minute classes.

An endurance workout to improve cardio fitness and stamina performed on a stationary cycle.

Mix of boxing moves and Kwato African dance, to up-to-date music.

Bootcamp

Circuit based body sculpting workout based on high intensity moves and short rest periods.

Boxercise

Circuit class incorporating use of punch bags and mitts.

Bums and Tums

Toning class focusing mainly on the lower body.

Insanity

Circuit based class; Muscle shredding, sweat dripping, high intensity cardio workout

H.I.I.T

High Intensity Interval Training incorporating strength training and explosive cardio moves.

Short sequence dance patterns performed in a line.

Sculpt & Tone

A fast paced workout using free weights to help sculpt, tone and shape your muscles.

Pilates

Strengthening moves to specifically target the core muscles, also improves flexibility and posture.

Pump

A toning class using weights and high reps to sculpt and define muscles.

Step

An aerobic workout using a raised platform to increase the intensity of the workout.

Tai Chi

Traditional Chinese martial art, valued for muscle toning, stretching and deep relaxation.

Yoga

Power based yoga concentrating on improving strength, flexibility and balance as well as releasing stress and relaxing the body.

Zumba

Party style dance based exercise class.
